Every chef has a secret ingredient

 Elliot’s repertoire runs deep, down a special blend of talents that keep him (and his teams) sharp and steady. He can jump from barista to bartender, leader to coach, then back to chef.

 

Outside the kitchen?

From ski slopes to campsites and mountain bikes to motorcycles. He also builds his blend by dining out and studying local culture, always open to a dash of something new.

Born in upstate New York,

Cunniff successfully established himself in the state’s capital and was named “Rising Star Chef” by the Albany Chef’s Food and Wine Festival at the young age of 25.

 

Elliot moved to New York City

from his home in upstate NY to accept a position with renowned French culinary personality, Daniel Boulud at his signature restaurant and run the kitchen at DB Bistro before he was sought out by whimsical American Chef and Restauranteur David Burke, working to refine modern American cuisine.
